this error message occurs when attempting open outlook template.
created series of email templates saved in same folder.
each of templates includes subject line, body copy, , pdf attachment.

the templates , pdf files in separate folders, within parent folder; shared parent folder, other employees @ organization, via onedrive.

i experience error message, , (but not all) of other users experience error. of do, experience error every email template attempt open.

i not know when error began, reported me

"operation failed" error may occur due corrupted outlook user profile. rectify this, may refer workaround detailed on link below:

you receive "the operation failed. object not found" error message when click send , receive in outlook

if issue persists, let know email account type using. using exchange server account? also, devices connected domain?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
