Thumnail preview of images doesn't display correctly in a document - Microsoft Community

hi,

i added "image" content type in document library , added "thumbnail preview" column on view of document library, found thumnail preview doesn't show preview of image but logo of blank file. image able have preview in image library though.

for clients, project have lots of different datas, in word format, some are images, lot of hand writing documents scaned as images before uploaded, in order avoid making users move , forth between document library , image library when try read datas, don't want put documents , images separately in 2 different libraries.

do have solution please?

to better understand situation, need confirm following information:

1.how did add "thumbnail preview" column document library? please list detailed steps.

2.what file format of image?

3.does happen 1 document library or other libraries?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. i made video show issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ouo7bebwljilhfz/screencaptureproject34.mp4?dl=0 i noticed issue on forum in several locations windows whole had simple resolution hasn't matched mine (and mine in office, not windows).  when open drop-down window (menu or box, i've seen called 3 don't know correct), won't stay open long enough me use it.  the time open varies super short relatively short.  i'm showing in excel, happening across ms office software.  itunes, example, not produce issue. office 2010 windows 7 64bit 15gb ram intel core i7 cpu 3.07ghz it not mouse.  i've tried 3. it not stuck key on keyboard.  i've tried 2. it not virus or malware.  i have contacted eset, antivirus provider had me perform deep cleans , combed through 2 reports (twice after bugged them again).  (i use malwarebytes , ccleaner regularly, since i've been paid subscriber eset long time, used service.) ...
