Can't change the field codes in my citation! "...certain - Microsoft Community

i'm writing paper , citations have dutch words added. example have 2 authors , instead of showing them in english

(stiles , selz 1996) shows in dutch (stiles en selz 1996)

when want change right clicking on above , choosing toggle field codes.

i can see dutch field code, unable change english.

it doesn't except noting in bottom blue bar " document has edit capabilities have been locked"

how change english or how unlock these capabilities?

to move forward, i’d confirm , provide following.

1. issue, i’d provide video describing , affected file in shared folder mentioned in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox.

2. check if issue happens in specific file.

3. upload full screenshot of page showing version information of word 2016 mac application using. can access page via word>about word.

 

from description, seems check author organization in citation. if yes, suggest click edit source directly see outcome. moreover, please see if issue goes away if create new citation original one.
