Have not received the sms code - Microsoft Community


microsoft, have not received sms code change password after several attempts. @ first thought number wrong, have received notification on phone in previous cases, sure means number working , should able receive codes. need change password asap vendor @ shop has it.

based on description provided, need determine cause of issue. having said that, know more concern. kindly answer following questions:

  • did make changes on account prior problem?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • have tried sending security code email account? if so, did experience same issue?
