Junk mail not working well - Microsoft Community

what has happened outlook mail? alphabetically , takes me ages find regular emails work , close friends, tons , tons of spam. getting beyond joke every day must have 1000 spam emails.

please me old outlook work well. sliver surfer need basic information , not reams of techy stuff don't understand. thank peter.

may have been caused inappropriate configuration of outlook mail.

initially let check outlook's service health status.

to rid of spam , junk email, please check help keep spam , junk email out of inbox in outlook.com. kindly choose correct , applicable version of outlook , follow specific instructions provided.
