No longer receiving email subscriptions - Microsoft Community


hi,

for last month have not been receiving emails 1 of subscriptions. supposed getting several week etsy nothing coming through anymore. fine , isn't. have added addresses safe senders list, have checked them , seems fine on end. have cleared cache, checked junk folder, have tried other browsers, have tried incognito/private mode, have tried on mobile, nothing changes. whatever reason, emails sending have disappeared in thin air. no in inbox, folders, or junk, , have been assured being sent. working fine until 1 day when stopped coming me making no changes.

this extremely frustrating, have no other email address , have tried contact support , got no answers other found on community or google have tried.

please girl out.

if accessing mail via browser outlook.com mail account, or another?
