office 365 business premium
i have 3 meeting rooms.
anyone wishes book room goes delegate approve.
i have no problems pc users using office 2016
however on macs cant @ rooms.
if open shared calendar finds room following error
outlook cannot open folder
you not have permission open folder
contact loft permission
if go room , give user full access ok don't want give users full access?
anyone ideas around this

from experience, if can access room mailbox when create meetings in account calendar, it's ok access room mailbox in shared calendar, no need full access permission room mailbox.
so better understand situation, confirm following information:
1. can add room mailbox when create meetings in own calendar?
2. mean error occur when open items including room mailbox in shared calendar, or happens when want create items in shared calendar? please provide screenshot of symptom.
3. issue happen specific room mailbox or room mailboxes in shared calendar?
