[Outlook for Android App] Duplicate sent items in - Microsoft Community

hello all,

i'm using outlook app gmail account on android 5.0 phone. every mail sent app shown twice in conversation view, 1 in "sent" folder , 1 in "archive" folder. however, mails sent ipad (using outlook ios app) , windows 10 pc (using outlook 2016) have 1 copy on phone (in "sent" folder).

how should stop outlook android app saving/showing duplicates of sent emails?

this have happened due email settings on outlook. resolve issue, suggest uninstall , reinstall outlook android. suggest visit link for more information setting email.
