Outlook.com continues to tell me that it can't send e-mails - Microsoft Community


for past several days, i'm sure how long has been going on because not send many e-mails using @hotmail.com e-mail address, outlook.com has been telling me offline because device isn't connected internet. such, e-mails try send using account not go through. however, have been using internet during entire time period, have been getting new e-mails entire time, , online on same machine , browser (in different tab) posting support forum.

i have tried e-mailing support 10 different times @ point, every "contact expert" e-mail send, within stated business hours, regurgitates issue me , redirects me outlook.com support website @ when attempted contact expert.

this getting frustrating, , community helpful.

if having problems sending in outlook.com, may check service status if , running. if isn't green, wait until service running , try again.

however, if find , running , still unable send email, attempt send email message using browser. know if issue in sending emails caused capability of web browser.
