Documents on my Outlook account - Microsoft Community

transfere files old computer new hard drive.  the outlook software part of office 2007.  i save hundreds of documents on oulook, when thw transfer made none of these document found.  the documents on outlook stored in sveral folders different clients.  i still have old hard drive.  i used at&t email server , these documents go far 2010.  how can retrieve these documents.  they stored on windows 2007. note still have harddrive window 2007.

are looking outlook folders created on old computer? using pop or imap account?
