Outlook 2013/2016 grayed out boxes signature - Microsoft Community

hello,

i've got problem computers/users run office 2013/2016. use our own created signature , stationery (both written in html) , use images located on network share. can not change format outlook uses these signature or stationery these images show grayed out boxes. see image below.

this 1 of images being called in htm file.

moving images or changing on them reveil original image, you're finished turns grayed out box. happens when composing message. when sending e-mail, recepient see images normal. in send items images visible.

the latest (current channel) update has been installed.

the issue might caused on how created signature using outlook desktop app. before proceed, may know following:

• have tried save image jpeg or png file type check if still encounter issue?
• how did try insert or create signature?

for meantime, suggest check link know more information on how can create signature in outlook desktop app if have not tried yet. saving image jpeg file resolve issue.
