outlook group email issue - Microsoft Community

having issue sending group email. upgraded , paid more business account, still have issues. contact list has 50 contacts , when try send group email , hit "send" button nothing happens. doesn't go "outbox" or sends. sits there , goes , nothing goes "draft". frustrating upgrade , still have issues. spent 2 hours tier 1 tech. waiting tier 2 tech call. in past never call @ appointed time.

do mean cannot send emails contacts when add contacts 1 one list behind bar in outlook client?

if yes, experience, issue occurs when add invalid email address in list.

so confirm if there error messages when email cannot sent out.

meanwhile, suggest create contact group , add 50 contacts it, send emails group check if can successfully.

if not in scenario, please share information?

also, noticed have contacted our support engineer, if have sr number, please provide can monitor status of it.

in order protect privacy, have sent private message collect email address.
