OneDrive does not sync my files or allow access to those already in - Microsoft Community

onedrive not sync files or allow access in onedrive.  this.

"this site can’t provide secure connection  onedrive.live.com sent invalid response. try running windows network diagnostics. err_ssl_protocol_error

have uninstalled , downloaded new copy.  can access there won't let me open them.  comes same error message.

there possibility issue related internet security settings. efficiently assist you, ask few questions:

  • could tell browser using?
  • have tried use different browser , check if you're having same issue?
  • have tried disabling anti-virus software , firewall installed on computer?
  • is issue happening when you're trying access onedrive app?
  • have tried accessing account.live.com , check if experience same issue?
  • could clarify new copy you've uninstalled , downloaded?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
