hello can't access notebook properties change notebook color

in order narrow down issue, i'd ask few questions:

1. issue happening on specific notebook? can try , create new notebook test out.

2. let know how tried access notebook properties if there error messages.

please provide windows os onenote version, located under file > account > product information.
