Outlook not showing new mail in Inbox - Microsoft Community

i have customer having trouble outlook, due new computer, fix outlook purchased new computer running windows 10 pro 64. installed office 365 (32) , setup mail in outlook being hosted godaddy.

outlook worked great 2 weeks , on 11/27/2017 inbox stopped showing new mail.

i know mail on computer because if search inbox, can see lot of new mail.  when out of search, inbox not show new mail.

i have tried in thread without luck.

this customer has 2 employees , 2 more computers have same programs , outlook operating no problems.

microsoft, how fix problem?

did reset view on folder? view tab, reset view button.

folder in folder field messages found in? if in folder isn’t in search view, reset view or customize add field.

1 possible place hidden in outlook today. check, click on top level folder show outlook today right click on folder , choose properties. on folder home page tab, untick show home page. close dialog - folder empty?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
