i using microsoft outlook on web.  access typing www.outlook.com. 

problem #1how stop emails going junk? 

problem #2 how stop email being considered spam?

this problem started happening week.

hi,

for stopping emails going junk or being considered spam, can have them added safe senders list. can follow steps provided below:

1. at top of screen, select settings > options > mail > junk email.

2. select safe senders, enter email address or domain want add, , select add icon . email addresses or domains on safe senders list don't moved junk folder.

   

   tip: to edit or remove emails or domains safe senders list, select item in list , select edit or remove .

3. select save .

also, might want change filter of junk email.

if outlook.com identifies message possible junk email, may automatically move junk email folder. malware—potentially malicious software or code—is disabled.

outlook.com offers 2 levels of filtering junk email: standard , exclusive.

• standard    typical amount of email filtering. message filter determines junk sent junk email folder.

• exclusive    restrictive. trusts new messages come members of safe senders list , safe mailing list. trusts alerts have signed , service announcements. other messages put in junk email folder.

to change level of junk email filtering, select settings > options > mail > junk email > filters , reporting.
