Table of Figures - display both caption and style? - Microsoft Community

i working word 2010.  i have document (confidential, cannot share link) many tables , many figures.  i have used style headers each.  i have used caption each, (e.g. table 1, etc.).  my tables this:

table 1

this title of first table

(then table here)

i understand can create tof using either captions or styles.  is possible create tof both?  so, tof read: 

table 1:  this title of first table

table 2:  this title of second table

...and on
