In the last week Outlook.com's performance has tanked - Microsoft Community


early week, response of outlook.com has sloooooooowed way down.

tried clearing cache - different browsers - malwarebytes scan - even, different computers

anybody know what's up???

hello,

there lot of possible reasons why outlook web experiencing slow performance. may due unstable internet connection, browser needs refreshed or browser needs updated. isolate issue, we'd ask following:

  • have checked internet connection if it's stable?
  • did remove save username , password when clearing cache of browser?
  • since have tried using different browsers, we'd know if experiencing same issue other browsers. issue isolated outlook.com website or experiencing other websites too?
  • did make changes outlook settings? if yes, tell more it.

meanwhile, highly recommend checking if browsers updated.
