Leaving an annoying group in the Microsoft Outlook App for Mac does - Microsoft Community

hi,

i tried leave groups sending spam emails use microsoft outlook in app on mac, , not find button leave. know how leave on web has not synced hour , don't think sync. they're annoying great issue!

generally, if you've left group on web, you'll no longer part of group , won't able access files or other data.

and operation sync outlook app. however, if choose follow group, you've left group, you still member no longer receive group conversations in personal inbox. instead, you'll receive replies posts, messages you're mentioned, , events in personal inbox. other group conversations, you'll have go group inbox see them. see follow group in outlook for details.

to check whether you've left group successfully, please log owa , check if there group showing in groups(under inbox). 

if group left doesn't list there, should synchronization issue. please restart outlook mac to reconnect account , see if there improvement.

if issue persists, please use contact support on help menu in outlook mac dedicated help.
