i received message below , saved new copy. opened new copy , received same message. problem? please help!
upload blocked ran problem file , can't save new changes. please save copy avoid losing work.
using onedrive save file? may due synching issue

1. turn off "use office 2016 sync office files open" under onedrive \ settings \ office tab
2. suggest clear cached file check outcome. right click icon of microsoft office upload center in system tray, , select settings. click deleted cached files under cache settings.
