cannot 'save all attachments' in outlook version 1708 build - Microsoft Community

i can step in here , tell shared folder , mapped drive letter (as going direct through unc) , experienced same problem in both cases.

it's saving network device, if network device shared folder on same computer!

if want save attachments form outlook, can choose save these attachments desktop or onedrive. , if want save attachments third party network drive (device), recommand save attachments desktop , upload them network device (drive).

please send screenshots error message of can save attachments network device further analysis.

meanwhile, can try save these attachments onedrive (microsoft network device) see if can save them.
