our organisation shifted ibm notes outlook. created mail group team & team members have access web mail. don't receive mails in inbox. can see mails in group. please suggest way mails in inbox.

based on experience, users in office 365 group receive emails sent office 365 group in office 365 conversation. may know if group mentioned office 365 group? if so, there 2 ways let users emails in inbox:
option 1, create inbox rule forward emails specific user: go settings > mail > inbox , sweep rules > inbox rules, chose message received "group" , forward message "user"
option 2, create distribution group instead of office 365 group, emails sent distribution go members' inbox.
