Outlook 2016 is sending all mail including junk to inbox after - Microsoft Community

i have had outlook junk mail setting set safe list years , have built safe list include care email from.  has worked expected, mail comes not on safe list goes junk folder, if new sends me mail go junk , find them , add them safe list.   after installing creator's update, outlook 2016 ignoring setting , going inbox , nothing going junk @ all, not single mail has gone junk since installing creator's update , inbox flooded crap.  have tried setting junk mail settings 1 of other options, setting safe list only, still ignoring setting , going inbox.  

does know why happening , how fix works expected?

yes, office update happened @ same time creators update.  fixed it.

this issue drove me crazy days... tried everything,  re-installing outlook,  bought new hard drive, installed windows 10 on it, , installed office on it... still no luck.  have way junk mail deal it... persisted.  got windows 7 laptop out , installed office 2016 on , still didn't work... , figured out bug introduced outlook automatic update.   occurred me wish never received update, because fine before , not fine anymore... , solution hit me... rollback update!!

after rolling to version 1705 (build 8201.2102), junk mail filter works again way had.  tried rolling other versions 1 got junk mail working again.

close office programs open command prompt , put in these commands... 

cd %programfiles%\common files\microsoft shared\clicktorun

officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.8201.2102

a box appear on desktop saying office updating , downloading,  when goes away open outlook , enjoy spam going junk folder belongs!

be sure disable office updates until microsoft gets around fixing this.

open office application. 
click file menu , click account.

click on update options box 

select    disable updates

it helpful if post reply once microsoft fixes can turn updates on , have junk mail filter working.   cannot manage mail without junk mail filter, it's absolute necessity!!

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
