hi farrside,
mean have issue message window buttons show scrolling error? if so, since similar issue might have different root causes, split can dedicated support. also, please provide more detailed information, including detailed version of skype business , operating system, etc.
based on experience, please change display settings, such resolution see if can improve. meanwhile, please check if system resource occupied highly opening task manager. if so, please kill process or restart machine, open skype business test.
