    hi there
    on desktop working outlook 2013 under windows 10. there filled calender , made email boxes. when abroad want acccess outlook , see calender , read email. today bought second outlook 2016 laptop. unfortunately   not synchronise calender , email. spent hour microsoft not solve problem , kept repeating not sync outlook , gmail. not need sync need sync outlook 2013 desktop , outlook 2016   laptop. can solve problem? or did put 100 dollar down drain?

    - can see emails when access account in   outlook.com? 
 - how email account settings set up? (pop3, imap, exchange)
 - what other troubleshooting steps have done far?
