Visio 2016 - Org Chart Wizard: Unable to read names from ODBC Data - Microsoft Community

hello,

i keep getting following error when attempting read organisation data in ms access data source.

i keep getting error every time, although have tried:

  • reading query has identical column names c:\program files\microsoft office\office14\visio content\1033\orgdata.xls
  • saving different version of access (i tried both access 2000 , access 2002-2003)
  • including unique ids columns "names" , "reports to" columns (though, unavoidably, actual values of names not unique)
  • using different odbc driver (i've tried access driver versions 16.00.7766.6032 , 10.00.15063.00)
  • using user , file data sources

the important thing here allow chart refreshed data updated in tabular/database form.

confirm following information?

1. capture screenshot of visio 2016 version number (go "file" > "account").
2. can provide access database file via link?
3. able create organization chart other file types excel file?
4. have tried choosing database file?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
