hello, began working assistant law firm , have access office 365 platform. use email , linking calendar.

my problem in training videos screen showing not same 1 have on screen. can't follow training.

might helpful if created 'capture' using win snipping tool, saved capture, uploaded reply msg using pic icon on msg menu bar, see see


Office / Outlook / Other/unknown / Office 365 for business

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community
