Business Essentials users logging into Outlook on a PC setup with - Microsoft Community


we have few "common area" computers throughout office setup office proplus in shared activation.  should business essential (doesn't include proplus) users able use outlook?  i understand them not being able use word, excel, powerpoint, etc., why not outlook?  they have exchange mailboxes.  are stuck using webmail only?
