staff member has latest version of skype business. joined meeting , has full audio , webcam capabilities (she can see me , can see her, can hear me , can hear her). issue when leader's desktop presented,   staff member can't see it. 1 in meeting cannot see presentation. 
    any ideas work around issue?

  if issue persists, can tell when or other users share screen user, he/she can see presentation? also, exclude account issue, please try using office 365 account login problematic skype business   client check issue.
