Display of email history from an Applicant Tracking software to - Microsoft Community

hello

my recruiting colleagues , myself use hr software called bamboohr. 1 of areas ats (applicant tracking system). tool allows us to email applicants directly through the software, , receive copies of emails in our outlook mailbox (we use outlook mac, version 15.40 (171108)).

i reached out vendor issue have, it seems behaviour in terms of email trail tracking varies according to the email providers. sent me screen captures of email trails other providers, , seemed behaving way want. 

here is the problem have: every new email receive in outlook, copy ats's email functionality, not include whole trail of conversation, if keep answering same conversation. every new email includes 1 previous email or, @ most, last 2.

how can ensure keep whole conversation visible every new email?

please check whether issue resolved updating. latest version of outlook 15.41.171205. update outlook, please go "help"> "check updates..."

if issue persists when use outlook mac directly,  it recommended contact outlook mac experts clicking on contact support feature on the help menu is a dedicated support channel outlook mac issues.

if issue occurs when use applicant tracking software, shoud compatibility issue software, not outlook mac. may contact software support move forward issue.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
