Poor customer service - Microsoft Community

after making sure photos uploaded lumia mobile phone , staying loyal brand , have feel though i've been set reduced storage limits.

having spent day downloading uploaded pics ,i doubt have confidence trust , buy other windows products alternatives exist such other mobile phones.
