how can set our organization' s sharepoint backup ?  there tool or other way set backup sharepoint?

have checked information above? if using sharepoint online, there no need backup data because has done backup process periodically, such as:

second-level recycle bins.
14 days window restore data after deletion second-level recycle bin.
retention policy archive critical/long-time docs

for more information, can check overview of retention policies.

this 1 of advantage of using cloud service compared traditional file servers/database.

if still want data, refer to how back-up office 365 sharepoint online site , data or choose other third party solution backup.
