Onedrive keeps asking for account and password to open a document - Microsoft Community

why onedrive asking me account , password every time open document?  1 response turn on office sharing told shut off because of constant sync issues.

which it?  

how can not have sync issues , open documents without constant prompts?

this roundabout tech advice infuriating!

happen every time open microsoft office file or file stored in onedrive?


OneDrive / Options and settings / Desktop settings / OneDrive in Microsoft Office / Office 365

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now.
