hello all,
i prompted enter exchange credentials skype business 2016 client every day between 1600-2000 edt (office 2016 proplus .msi installation). homed office 365 e5 skype business , exchange online (our sfb config hybrid, homed online). have done standard troubleshooting (deleted sip profile, cleared credential manager vault signed in , added credentials logged out in, uninstalled/reinstalled office, ran remote connectivity analyzer came fine, nothing in event viewer logs) , still prompted daily add credentials. issue different issue user prompted enter exchange credentials in sfb client.
any ideas or thoughts appreciated.

after logging out, did “delete sign-in info” , change pattern of logon name (for example, username@domain domain/username)? if not, try , check issue.
have checked version of skype business? please make sure latest update installed: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3123065/how-to-obtain-the-latest-update-for-skype-for-business-2016
if steps above cannot solve problem, offer more details further troubleshooting:
- are there other users encountering same issue you?
- have tried pc , checked issue? can decide if issue related client.
- have enabled adfs?
- do have exchange on-premise server , if hybrid environment implemented?
- are administrator? if not, due limitation of end users’ permission, please involve administrator issue, need collect information, such impact range, the method implementing organizational environment.
