Focused Inbox Broken - Microsoft Community

sudden morning, september 9th,  new email appearing under focused inbox.  not matter if on web mail, win 10 app, or mobile device outlook. nothing going other.  in past did great job of putting newsletter, ads etc. in other focused.  quite annoying on outlook mobile app since being notified of every mail. ideas?

focused inbox helps focus on emails matter you. separates inbox 2 tabs, focused and other. your important emails on focused tab while rest remains accessible on other tab. you’ll informed email flowing the other, , can switch between tabs @ time take quick look. remember making recent changes settings prior issue?

meanwhile, using outlook mobile app, if there mail in "other" want in "focused" or vice versa, open mail, tap overflow icon (three dots icon) on top-bar, , select "move focused inbox" or "move non-focused inbox". our app learn it, next time email user/email address, categorized appropriately.
