using office 365 outlook through web via chrome browser.  have tried receive / send emails emails come through if pushed through iphone native mail app , emails sent getting stuck in outbox (with no attachments).  have downloaded repair tool has not rectified issue.  please advise how can ensure emails sent/received.  thanks.

it suggested disconnect or remove account on native mail app , set account in outlook pc, check outcome. please let me know how set account in native mail app, via exchange?

please make sure outlook client version date. (file > office account > update now).

if email seems stuck in outbox, can try methods below either clear stuck message or see if bad connection mail server stopping message being sent.
