can multi approve items in classic sharepoint, function not appear in 'new style/experience' added, have work around????

please follow steps see outcome.
1. if using ie, clear ie cache via tools>safety>deleting browser history , sign out of account(do similar steps in other browsers).
2. sign office 365 portal , navigate target site.
3. click site collection features under site collection administration>enable sharepoint server publishing infrastructure.
4. click site settings>manage site features under site actions>activate sharepoint server publishing.
5. return site settings , click content , structure under site administration.
6. select library want approve multiple items , select multiple items. after selecting them, click actions , click approve approve selected files.
