Can't share Office 365 - Microsoft Community

i wish share office 365 family member has office 365 installed on new win 10 dell computer, one-month trial. can't invitation him share purchased office 365 subscription work properly. has set microsoft account, , office 365 account shows can share 4 other people (even though it's 1 month trial).

i sent invitation email office 365 account. got email, , clicked accept. followed instructions said click install office 365. after few minutes said set complete. in fact, he's not sharing office subscription, , account still indicates himself can share 4 other people. he's still under one-month trial period, , 1 terabyte of storage not available.

on looking in office account, says invitation hasn't been accepted, though clicked accept.

i've tried cancelling invitation , re-inviting, same result.

is problem office software set 1 month trial, , therefore unable share else's subscription?

would have wait until trial expires, , send invitation share subscription? or there other course of action should take?

any assistance appreciated.

understanding correct.
1. needs deactivate current trial installation. in myaccount > install > install information > deactivate install

3. before installation of office 365 home - needs uninstall current trial version fix tool first. -

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
