iCloud calendar and contacts not syncing with Microsoft Office 365 - Microsoft Community

in past few days computer updated windows 10 , icloud calendar , contacts not syncing outlook.  when select icloud calendar or icloud contacts in outlook, message, "the set of folders cannot opened. information store cannot opened."  have tried various things @ loss know how fix this.  please help!

interruption connecting ios mail server or not installing latest office updates windows 10 computer 2 possible reasons why icloud calendar , contacts not syncing outlook app. isolate issue, kindly provide following information:

  • can tell if tried reconnecting account outlook app?
  • have installed latest office updates computer?
  • can tell troubleshooting steps have tried far?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
