how can outlook calendar invite goes many , lets know when 1 has accepted invite?

the scenario shared calendar.  assignments sent - , first 1 accepts takes gig.

only sender of invite able check accepted or declined invite in outlook 2016, outlook 2013, , outlook 2010. check accepted or declined invite, kindly follow these steps:

1. select calendar icon in navigation pane.
2. double-click meeting want check.
3. under meeting occurrence tab, select tracking button.
