have been having issue office 365.  when opening access, excel & word.  continually error message, "we're sorry, _____ has run error preventing running correctly.  ______ need closed result. repair now?"  gives me 3 tabs select, "repair now, help, close".  when choose "repair now", fixes problem when using 1 of 3 programs, closes unannounced.  when choose "repair now" closes without doing anything.  have chose "help" , attempted correct issue based on have read , has not helped.  stuck.  out there.  way, if makes difference, using windows 10.

damaged file, add-in issue, , outdated application few of possible reasons why of office applications crashing. isolate concern, need answer following:

  • which windows 10 build using? click here instructions on how find windows 10 build.
  • which version , edition of office 365 using? here’s link steps on how find office 365 version , edition.
  • can provide screenshot of error message you’re getting?
  • does happen when office in safe mode? click here steps on how open office in safe mode.
  • is happening office applications?
  • did make changes before issue happened?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
