please noted that office mac 2011 (outlook 2011 mac) no longer supported after october 10, 2017. under situation, suggest upgrade office 2016 mac via https://support.office.com/en-us/article/how-do-i-upgrade-to-office-2016-ee68f6cf-422f-464a-82ec-385f65391350#id0eaacaaa=mac. 

after that, if still have issue, can troubleshoot together.
