hello!
i running windows 8 , had office 365 32-bit upgraded 64-bit. weird error happening when go edit top right quick access toolbars , click "more commands" error pops saying: "the file mso98win32client.dll incompatible microsoft outlook. install outlook again.".
i tried full recovery (not quick 1 one program re-downloads) , didn't @ all. after error pops program needs re-start itself? have solution this?
i running icloud windows if matters.

have reinstalled outlook error message mentioned? if not, please try it. also, have uninstalled 32-bit office suite when update them 64-bit? please try repairing office 365 suite check issue , tell how goes @ convenience.
meanwhile, please confirm whether use outlook normal when don't update office 365 32-bit 64-bit.
for further assistance, can tell detailed version of outlook: go file > office account > outlook?
