OUTLOOK 2016 JUNK MAIL - Microsoft Community

i using outlook 2016 on windows 10 , junk mail filter no longer doing anything.

it working , not stop when address has been added junk mail list.

all of windows updates installed, outlook updates installed, junk mail filter options set high.

i junk mail sorts of places, how grow 3" taller in week, woodworking projects , shopping lists.

please solve this

sometimes may appear junk email filter in outlook not working because sender of these emails uses new email address different 1 added blocked senders list. example, email blocked example@outlook.com, sender of email uses exampie@outlook.com (where l in example is capital i). system won't recognize spam , email directly go inbox. if not case, let isolate issue more can provide effective troubleshooting steps. kindly answer following questions:

  • were there changes made on computer settings prior issue?
  • what email protocol?
  • what email domain?
  • is issue present on email domain online (via browser)?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
