Creating An Inbox Rule Using Sender's Domain?

trying create inbox rule assigns importance , directs email folder based on domain email sent.

for example:

i want emails @mscomm.com given high important, , directed ms folder.

what i've tried:

the wildcard doesn't seem work.

i don't want have specify receipt each individual in organization.

any ideas?

just confirm, using outlook app or browser access outlook account?
have tried "it includes these words in sender's address.." rule , type domain?
do have other rules set may conflict rule? if yes, can disable validate?
do have office subscription? if yes, office plans subscribed to?
