Incomplete Header issue - Microsoft Community

for years have been using outlook, depending on business, , there issue needs fixing in 2016 version.  seems issue known, , wondering when going fix it. 

here is: when email, email address see in header in preview pane email of person sent it.  need see everyone, , since have, years, not had click information, don't want have add step hundreds of emails now.  additionally, when click on gray arrow right, list drops down rather expanding horizontally, way english read.  , lastly, doesn't remain expanded when move on email, have hope remember included. 

i sure there going many, many emails accidentally sent wrong person/people extremely poor design.  since have read many people complaining it, wondered when going pay attention people depend on outlook , give functionality back. 

press down arrow in bottom right corner of header (so not 1 next recipients 1 below time/date) expand it.

this setting persistent when expand once, expanded other , future messages.
