Skype Meeting Add In not installed in Outlook 2013 - Microsoft Community

the skype meeting add in not installed in outlook 2013 , when go com add-ins not listed option. tried loading skype toolbar few times , doesn't seem work either.  how installed/enabled can go setting skype meetings in outlook.

add-in available when have skype business installed. not apply "regular" skype.
