sent email, email not in sent folder or draft folder.  can find it.  looks account went off-line minute.

this issue may occur due installed add-ons on internet browser. better assistance, clarify following:

  • which internet browser using when accessing outlook.com?
  • have tried using different internet browser? if yes, experiencing same problem?
  • are there changes made on outlook account prior issue?
