there question thread before titled "web based outlook won't send emails - stuck in draft folder". why thread locked replies when problem still there seemingly many of us? sent email sits in draft folder 20-30 minutes before being sent. me happens when send email connected account in outlook not outlook account. delay embarrassing when have important person communicate , end sending email different email server because it's urgent. recipient ends receiving 2 identical emails different senders both of you. if problem can't resolved, @ least ms shouldn't lock thread/discussion.

we know more concern. kindly answer following questions:

  • when did start encountering concern?
  • is connected account free mail, personal email custom domain, or business email?
  • are there other connected emails other 1 in concern?
  • do have access outlook desktop app?
    • if have, encounter same concern if send emails through app?
  • does concern affect emails under same network only, or outside network?
  • have performed troubleshooting steps or workaround?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
