Emails Over 60 days Old are not Accessible - Microsoft Community

on laptop (but not pc), emails in inbox (windows 10) can viewed/accessed 60 days.  i have not deleted them--they not show up in inbox longer that.  where did go? need access of these emails , cannot figure out how so.  

an earlier question , thread of discussion on exact topic occurred on site in 2013, did not find response resolve problem.  help!

there lot of factors need consider can contribute on concern. please provide information below can assist effectively:

  • are using outlook app or outlook.com in accessing account?
  • when did issue occurs?

meanwhile, recommend following steps provided on link on how restore deleted messages in outlook.

also, suggest checking article more information regarding inbox rules in outlook might resolve concern.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
